To install WinBuntu through Virtualbox, just download the iso file, make a virtual machine with at least 30GB space (20 for the OS itself, and 10 for other files). The virtual machine settings, for optimal performance, are:Next, attach the iso file to the virtual machine. Then start the VM the way you would usually, and it should start booting like any other Ubuntu Flavor.
If you wanna install through USB, you probably can't because it's too big of an operating system and there is no Windows 10 like or net installer of it yet. But, if you have a 32GB USB drive just laying around for no reason, just burn the iso file to the drive using a tool like Balena Etcher or, and be careful if you do this, Linux's built-in dd command, and boot it with Secure Boot off. Then you can either install it, or try it out. You can even try dual-booting with it, if you want.
For a Windows XP/7 Feel, use the Lubuntu Desktop Envrionment.
